Im not 100% sure, But....

You can do it with Skins, thats what i understand. But if you want something personalized you'll have to do it yourself (or hire someone), and upload it to the workshop and add it to Skins, with the number they give you, EXAMPLE: 1362212220

Вот допустим я получил номер, добавил в скины, и что же дальше, как мне заменить скин

Okey, so if u have this in your config:

  "Workshop": {
    "box.wooden ⟵ This is the shortname of the Item that you want to change the Skin": [
      814892265 ⟵ This is the number,

If you have that, you go well, then you write the command /skin and you deposit the weapon that you obviously want to change the skin. If the plugin compiled well it is because you probably did it well , if you need more help contact me in PM
