Remove + buildingupgrade

Hi oxide Devs =), im looking for a Remove + BuildingUpgrade plugin, this plugin needs to work with NoEscape and ClansReborn
Features:


Remove:
Allow clan members to remove their constructions?: true
Allow players to remove entities/constructions if they are in the cupboard?: false
Allow remove when you have combat block?: false
Allow remove when you have raid block?: false
Allow remove when player enter a BuildingBlock zone?: false
After how many seconds it will turn off only the Remove?: 40

Upgrade:
Allow players to upgrade their constructions when is damaged?: false
Allow players to upgrade their constructions when they have combat block?: false
Allow players to upgrade their constructions when they have raid block?: false
After how many seconds it will turn off only the Upgrade?: 40
