i want to purchase some plugins but i only use paypal but the option is not working?

is there some way i can send the payments to some one and they grant me access to the plugins?

payments will be sent via family and friends and fees will be covered.

i have purchased plugins from here before with paypal but i cannot now and i only use paypal for payments.
